Workouts specifically designed to provide functional full-body workouts while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. The class includes Olympic weightlifting and basic gymnastic movements.

Monday and Wednesday:

 7am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday:

4:30pm and 6:30pm

Friday:

 7am and 12pm

Cardiovascular 

The cardiovascular component of metabolic conditioning focuses on elevating heart rate and improving the efficiency of the heart and lungs. It includes exercises like running, rowing, cycling, or jumping that enhance endurance, stamina, and the ability to sustain high-intensity effort over time.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting encompasses a broad range of exercises using barbells, dumbbells, or other weights to build strength, endurance, and muscle. Within this, Olympic weightlifting is a specialized discipline focusing on two explosive lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These highly technical movements emphasize power, speed, and precision, while general weightlifting includes foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, offering versatility to suit various fitness goals.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics in functional fitness emphasizes bodyweight movements like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups to build strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
