Stamina

Workouts are aerobically-focused sessions incorporating strength and metabolic conditioning. The class includes running, biking, rowing, and skiing with a variety of HIIT-style training.

Classes are:

Monday and Wednesday

5:30am, 8:15, 5:30pm

Tuesday:

5:30am & 8:15am

Friday: 

5:30am, 8:15am, and 5:30pm

Stamina is an endurance-focused class designed to help you build cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and overall stamina through low-impact, steady-paced workouts. This class is perfect for beginners or those looking to improve their base level of fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
