Workouts in this class focus on developing strength in basic barbell movements like the squat, deadlift and press. The class will follow a planned and progressive format that will build on each session and include accessory work to compliment your foundational training. 75% of the 60 minute class focuses on barbell movements and the other 25% is a short workout.

  • Each "Sweat" workout lasts 8-15 minutes, ensuring it fits seamlessly into the class structure.

  • Designed to elevate heart rates and incorporate a cardio element for a balanced training session.

  • The workouts are high-intensity but scalable to accommodate various fitness levels.

  • Movements and exercises vary each session, keeping the workouts engaging and dynamic.

  • The "Sweat" portion pairs perfectly with the barbell focus, providing a well-rounded workout experience.

  • Aimed at improving endurance, metabolic conditioning, and overall fitness
